Bayonetta, the popular action game for PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii U and Xbox 360 which has been developed by Platinum Games will soon release its second version Bayonetta 2 in Japan in a few weeks. Prior to its release, the game is generating hype with the addition of augmented reality. The popular AR app, Junaio has included an AR experience for the users, who will be able to see Bayonetta, as a part of the promotion. The app will be available for users in Japan. So what can the AR app provide the users? Let us have a look at this post to know more.
Dancing Bayonetta Right in Front of You
Even though Bayonetta 2 will be an action game, yet you will be able to see the supposed character of Bayonetta dancing in front of your eyes through this AR app. All you need to do is download the Junaio app in your iOS or Android device and get started.
To get dancing Bayonetta, you need to search for “bayonetta2” in the search field of the app. As you do so, the supposed character will be available in front of you. To make the character dance, you have to point the camera of your device to a well-lit object and hold your device for a few minutes. You will see Bayonetta appear on that object and start dancing.
By putting her near any pole-shaped object, you will see her performing pole dance. For seeing the pole dance properly, you need to choose a clean and flat background. This is mainly because the translucent pole might look strange at some instances.
The depth of the scene might also change due to the positioning. So, you have to be careful and try out the best position so that the augmented view of dancing Bayonetta doesn’t look odd when overlaid on the real world.
Clicking and Sharing Pictures
You can press the shooting button and click a picture of the dancing Bayonetta. You can also share it among your friends in Twitter and Facebook.
Bayonetta 2 will exclusively release on 24th October for Wii U in North America as well as Europe.
