OBI Property Ltd., the property consultants based in Manchester have recently launched a mobile app for commercial properties. With the launch of this app, the company has made a further entry into the digital world. The app is supposed to help prospective clients to get a better view of the available commercial properties. The augmented reality app is believed to be the first commercial property mobile app in the UK. With the AR technology, clients looking out for new office space will be able to visualize how an open plan of an office floor can be fitted in the desired space.
OBI Property App
OBI Property has already introduced the use of digital videos for marketing properties and has its own OBI TV channel. The app will bring available offices to life for the clients to see through a smartphone or a tablet.
With the app, prospective clients will be able to:
- Access the available office space and see the floor plans, HD images and learn about their availability.
- Watch OBI TV and a range of other services that are available across the integrated team of OBI.
- Browse through a series of images.
- Improve OBI property viewing experience by taking a 360 degree panoramic tour of the office floor space.
- See the location map of OBI and contact them directly through phone or email, using the app.
The app along with the required marketing material will help in providing users with a more realistic and interactive experience as it displays the true characteristics of the buildings.
The app contains the video content, show-reel movie, floor plans, images, etc. of properties OBI Property is marketing in Manchester. Some of them include Clarence House, One New York Street, Vantage Point and Sevendale House.
Availability of the App
The OBI Property app which has been developed and designed by marketing agency 90 Degrees, based in Manchester, is available for free download from the Apple iTunes Store. The app has been developed for iPad and iPhone.
The feedback of this type of property marketing is really strong and it can be hoped that in the future more and more property consultants will be using AR apps to provide their clients with an enhanced property viewing experience.
