Soon there will be a new entry to the world of augmented reality games. Gaming becomes more interesting when augmented reality is put into the mix. Clandestine: Anomaly is a new AR game which avid gamers can now start playing. The game has been developed by ZenFri and co-written by Joshua Ortega, the writer of Gears of War 2.

The game is an alternate-reality science fiction adventure where your house is saved by an inch as an alien spaceship crash lands in your locality.

What’s The Game All About?

As the alien spaceship crashes near your house, things change for the worst for you. Your phone becomes an unsuspecting huge sentry. You will take part in seek-and-destroy missions, which takes place in your locality and all through every mission, you will follow the storyline. The game will change your home into a science-fiction action plot where you can play at any time you want.

As you proceed with the game, you will cross each level and become stronger. You will also gain more knowledge about the tools and technology that you have in your control. You will get the power to unlock new gear and technology and develop unique weapon configurations for personalized load-outs which will keep you from failing in the game.

Official Synopsis of the Game’s Storyline

After your phone is hacked by mysterious and advanced alien technology, you are thrust into the middle of an inter-galactic war. Though you possess no training, no experience, zero authorization and no skills that can help you navigate through the interstellar struggle, your involvement is paramount to deciphering the clues in your immediate area and beyond. Unraveling a multi-dimensional mystery, it’s up to you to act.

Clandestine: Anomaly will now be available for iOS devices only. Shortly afterwards, the Android version will also be available to the gamers. However, no specific date has been provided by the company about its Android release.
