Jayman Modus, a group of real estate builders, based in Calgary, lets prospective buyers view condos in 3D virtual space even before the space is built. The potential buyers will be able to explore the new place and visualize what the condominium will look like, just by using the augmented reality app Modus Matrix. The app has been developed to let users visit homes that will be built in different communities. These townhomes and condominiums will house more than one family. If you are keen on knowing how the app helps the prospective buyers, you can have a look at this post.
With the Modus Matrix augmented reality app, buyers will be able to visually explore floor plans which are fully furnished, detailed specifications of the interiors and a complete 360 degree view of the living rooms and kitchens. This will give them a feel that they are standing inside the property itself.
With augmented reality technology, models are created, thereby providing the users of the app to see the details of the architecture, landscape and more, just by using their mobile devices. With the geo-location tool, users will be able to look around the community and will be able to envisage how the new building will look like in that place. With this tool, the requirement for floor plans, printed brochures and videos that are generally used by salespeople to show a new property to potential buyers, will diminish.
Touch-screens inside Sales Centre
Touchscreens have also been added inside the sales centre by Jayman Modus. These screens will help people searching for properties, to know about the available condo units and townhomes in real time. Apart from this, they will also be able to know more about the company and products through text messages or emails. They can also get updates on social media. An inbuilt mortgage calculator helps the buyers to find out the cost of the homes they want to buy.
For getting the augmented view of the properties of Jayman group, users need to download the Modus Matrix app in their iPad 2, iPad Mini or iPhone 5. The app is available for free download. Next they need to open the app and scan any Modus Matrix ad, a coaster or a business card. They can also download a printed marker from the builder’s website and scan it to see the condos come to life and provide a 3D virtual tour to the users.
